An Interchangeable Swing Traverse helps improve upper body strength. Co-ordination is needed together with arm and hand strength to traverse from one deck to another. The Loop Support Frame can also be used to attache a Spider Climb, Vine Climb, Commando Net Climb, Pommel Traverse and Tyre Traverse.

An Interchangeable Plank Bridge promotes balance and co-ordination. It can be coupled with interchangeable hand rails for more stability.
