Northgate State School

Northgate, Queensland

We had lots of fun working on a concept that Northgate State School brought to us.   They had a small open space in the centre of the school that they wanted to transform into a nature nook.  Somewhere quiet where children can relax, read, think and build new relationships.

We brought their vision to life with sensory pathways, timber seating, a nature pod, a timber stage to enhance creativity and some timber climbing logs.  Our local artist hand carved magpies, possums, butterflies, turtles and a kookaburra directly onto the Ironbark logs.
