Windrush Stables

Set within a scenic, tree-filled park, Windrush Stables is a bespoke farm and horse-stable themed playground designed to inspire the imagination of children, from toddlers to 10 year olds. Commissioned by Brisbane City Council, this beautifully crafted timber playground brings the charm of rural life into the heart of the suburbs.

At the centre is a large farmhouse with high decks and challenging play equipment for older children, including a spiral slide and firepole. Below are the horse stalls for the younger visitors, each fitted with interactive elements for imaginative play. The farm house connects to the chicken coop and wheat silo unit, where climbing activities and play props are suited to younger children.
