Fully customisable playground shades
Sun protection is a high priority for playgrounds. No matter the size, style or terrain of your playground, Bespoke Playgrounds can customise an unframed or framed playground shade solution that looks great. It will also stand the test of time and provide your playground and all playground users with the protection they need.
Unframed playground shades – sometimes referred to as shade sails – are an economic alternative to solid roof structures, and allow the hot air to rise through the sail fabric. Shade sails can be fitted to existing structures or fitting points or built to stand alone.
Framed playground shades are designed to be standalone. They typically have a high centre point and lower permitter edges and are suited to large spans.
Regardless of the type of structure or playground shade design, all playground shades are manufactured by our supplier from a range of quality, long-lasting and UV-resistant shade fabrics, with shade cloth being the most commonly used. They can be produced in a range of sail shapes including square, rectangle and triangle. Strict quality control systems ensure the stitching and welding are first class.
