Playground softfall; helping kids to bounce back
The playgrounds of today are safer than ever by design. Safety is further enhanced by the installation of softfall under-surfacing that lessens the impact should a child slip or fall while playing. Bespoke Playgrounds uses and recommends pine bark playground softfall, recognised for its low initial cost and the fact that it is readily available. It is also quick to install because it spreads easily. We can also take care of all of your playground edging.
We source our softfall from two of the industry’s best. Bassett Barks produce a speciality pine bark product that meets Australian Standards. Takura Bark and Compost has engineered a quality playbark for use as a softfall.
Both products are very soft – pine bark soft fall is generally the softest soft fall under-surface if it is well maintained. They are completely free of sharp materials and designed specifically for playgrounds. They are also non-toxic.
Pine bark is biodegradable. Its environmental impact is also low, helping you to stay ‘green’. It can also withstand heavy traffic. Pine bark playground soft fall gives nearby plants maximum opportunity to thrive and develop their own ecosystem, increasing root development.
